how do you make a sport magazine cover as a template so i can add a

read up for a tutorial for working for layers Smile

make them separate layers, one for the template magazine cover (top)
like with the title and border etc. and the other one (bottom) will be
the photo and save as .psd so you can go back and add a change/edit
photo under the template cover layer.
