hi,
how do you do an action that ENDS at the opening of a dialog??
I want to do an action that copies the current layer and opens the
Levels dialog, that's it.. but I can't press 'stop' in layers palette
if Levels dialog is open.. (am on CS3..)
thank you.. >> Stay informed about: actions.. |

not sure if this is what you're asking, but maybe so.
go into the actions palette, make sure button mode is unchecked, and
click the triangle to expand your action. the first column is one or
more check boxes. you can check/uncheck each box to execute/skip that
step in the action. the second column is a 'toggle dialog box on/off'
column. if the box is empty, the action will just execute right through
that step and go to the next step. if you click the box, an icon will
fill it and the action will stop in the dialog box for that step. i
think this is what you want. >> Stay informed about: actions.. |
