How to convert RAW/PSD/Tiff to Jpeg

I took some photographs on my Minolta 7i using RAW. I could only save them
as PSD, Raw, jpeg2000 or Tiff. I want to show them on my Windows picture
viewer. How do I convert them to JPEGs?
