Save as TIFF and no Pic shows

When I save a picture in TIFF after working to get it the way I want it. I
can only view it in Photoshop. I can not go to the file and open it in
Windows Picture and Fax Viewer. But I can when I just leave it as a JPEG,
What am I doing wrong?

Nothing wrong. Those two apps don't open tiffs. There's lots of viewers out
there that do. One of the best is IrfanView. Type a search for it, install
it (it's free) & happy viewing.
