| photoshop can't open .gifs - hi i just installed photoshop cs3 and for some reason i can't open .gifs anymore. i have the same program on another computer of mine and it works just fine. i think it has something to do with image handling but i'm not sure where to..
Can't Open .psd Files - I just received some .psd files that I can't open. I'd like to be able to open and view these files, and be able to do some basic photo editing. I am not a graphics expert and I don't think I need (nor can I afford) the full Adobe Photoshop program.
I open Jpg. files in Raw - I often open my Jpg. files in Raw so I can work on them in Photoshop CS3.
Can't open *.psd files in PS CS2 (new question) - I also have PS CS installed on my PC. Perhaps, because *.psd files are set to open with PS CS, that is the reason they won't open in PS CS2. I don't want to uninstall PS CS yet - so how do I go into that app and deselect it as the app to open *.psd..
Photoshop Elements 4.0 corrupting TIF FIles - In Photoshop Elements 4.0, if I try to open any one of a group of TIF files in edit mode, it gives me the message, not complete your request because an was Then, a file that was several hundred kilobytes gets..

None of the JPGs seem to open anymore. They open with windows native
viewer, though.

The files are perfectly ok and unaltered. I think it's some photoshop

file association is assigned to win fax viewer
to change it right click any jpeg
choose open with
CHOOSE form list tick the box that says always open with
not a good idea to open ps every time you need to preview a jpg

I deleted the D3DXTextureFormat- plug-in and the JPG's started to show
