I'm saving a .psd graphic text on jpg format and the resulting file for
me is too big (35 KB)
quality 5, medium. The strange thing is that lowering the quality bar
to 0 the file size is over
30KB!!!

Saving the jpg (35KB quality 5, medium) with paint on the same jpg
format, decrease the size from 35 to 8KB without noticeable loss of
quality !

Why this strange thing is happening?
