Windows XP (SP2) used to show .psd thumbnails as an image. It stopped doing
that after I removed Photoshop CS3 Trial. Anybody know how to get WinXP to
show those type of thumbnails again?

You will need to install some dll files and edit the registry. Google
psicon.dll and aiicon.dll (you'll need both for CS2 & CS3) and you'll find a
number of websites with instructions and links to the necessary dll & reg
files.

I have both of those files. They are part of Photoshop 7.01 (still on my
machine). I just need to know how to get them working again since I removed
the trial version of CS3.

Go to Google and do a search for "psicon.dll aiicon.dll psd thumbnail" and
you will find a number of websites with INSTRUCTIONS and links to the
necessary dll & reg files.
