I am an intermediate user of photoshop, and I need to re-create the
swish and wavy line in the attached gif. Anyone have any suggestions
as to what tools I might use to do so?

I am reproducing these for a logo for someone, from a 96dpi web
graphic (need to make a 300dpi graphic for the logo to be on some
signs).

Thanks,

TW
