The command from Bridge CS2 "Build Cache for Subfolders" is missing from
Bridge CS3. What do I do if I want to build the cache for a entire folder
tree?

"Tools>Cache>Build and Export Cache" will get you to where you want to be.
There is also a setting in the preferences, you probably already know of
that.

Bridge - i used to be able to open psd and tif and jpeg files in photoshop (cs2) from bridge by either right click>open or from the menu, now I cant. I dont see why - any ideas ? thanks
