Sounds like the full program isn't loading, and you'll probably find that
some features aren't available. When you discover the problem, you could try

Mine on opening it after booting the computer mine takes 7 seconds, then
if its closed and reopened later its 3 seconds.
So what's the problem? Or who has the problem??

I guess I have a problem. It takes est. 10-12 sec. to open to full
availablility of use.

28secs mine takes, but i do have actions and plugins installed
then 9secs on reopening

down to about 15 secs now after i installed diskeeper and did a good
2hr chkdsk
i have 8 addidtional filter and 5 actions load over and above teh
usual photoshop stuff and 650 fonts
